ADHD Assessment & Treatment for Professionals

ADHD assessment and treatment

Ninety days from now, you’ll know exactly what’s happening in your brain and exactly what to do about it.

Imagine having a protocol built around your actual brain, your actual profession, and the life you actually want on the other side of this. This kind of protocol would allow you to lean into what makes you good at your job, provide solutions to the tasks you have to fight yourself to take care of, energy left over when you get home, and thriving as your baseline experience of life.

Our bespoke ADHD assessment and treatment for professionals, available across the United States, goes past medication management into the whole picture of how you live.

The 90-Day ADHD Assessment and Treatment

Ninety days can give you a level of clarity most people never experience: a full clinical picture of your brain, objective data instead of a guess and a treatment protocol designed around your life, not the same generic checklist handed to every patient.

What you walk away with:

  • a diagnosis you can trust,
  • a plan that accounts for your actual profession, challenges, nervous system and life circumstances,
  • the first real sense that you’re not just managing your brain — you’re finally on the same page, working with it.
  • support to adjust the plan as needed to ensure your success

Ongoing Care, Built to Keep Pace with You

The initial 90 days give you the diagnosis and a custom plan to fit your brain and your life, after that you can maintain care that fits your busy professional schedule. Same-day text access, urgent calls, and video appointments mean you can reach out Friday at noon and be on a new protocol by Monday.

Beyond medication, this care includes environmental changes, prescribing and/or deprescribing when it’s warranted, and ongoing attention to your physical health and lifestyle, because a brain doesn’t operate in isolation from the rest of you.

Direct access to Dr. Byrne and her team means coordinated care from someone who already understands the demands of your profession, not someone you’re re-explaining yourself to every visit.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get an ADHD assessment as an adult?
You start with the 90-Day ADHD Diagnostic Assessment and Protocol. It combines a clinical interview, executive function ratings, and computerized attention testing into one clear diagnosis, with a treatment plan built around your specific life from day one. Click here to get started.

What if I want to have a consultation before committing to the 90-Day program?

Dr. Byrne can provide you with an initial meeting to go over your questions and understand your challenges more deeply. If you decide to move forward with the 90-Day program, your $495 investment in this consultation will be applied to the cost of the full ADHD diagnostic and protocol program. Click here to get started. Be sure to check the paid consultation button in your form.

What happens after the 90 days?
Care continues month to month, built around the plan we established together. You will have same-day access, rapid adjustments when needed, and a provider who already knows your history instead of starting over.

What’s included in ongoing care?
Medication management when it’s part of your plan, coordination of care with your other providers, plus the non-pharmaceutical side: environmental changes, lifestyle adjustments, and direct access to me between visits.

Do you accept insurance?
No. I don’t accept insurance, and I don’t provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is by credit card only, and HSA cards aren’t accepted. This is a direct-pay concierge model by design: no prior authorizations, no insurance company weighing in on what care you’re allowed to have, no waiting on hold to find out why a claim got denied. You’re paying for direct, uninterrupted access to your psychiatrist.

Concierge ADHD care for professionals

I hired Dr. Byrne to help me start my own private practice. I was feeling burnt out, frustrated, and questioning my career trajectory. I was surprised at how personal the process was. We spent a lot of time exploring my values and career goals with the goal of designing a practice that fit my goals and my personality.
